Requirements for hosting an EQUUS WINNIE FEST Screening event

The EQUUS Film & Arts Fest provides the following:

Films on Hard Drive or Downloadable DropBox File (Hard Drive return and cost is the responsibility of the hosting event)

A link on our website directing our customers to your show

Our marketing package (digital and physical materials available)

Our 8 years of experience hosting the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest to guide you through the process.




The operation of the show is up to you and that means you’ll need a few things to make your show work.


Here’s a quick checklist to help you get your ducks in a row:

Theater Projection system capable of a 16x9 HD image Screen(s)

Sound system for Stereo (L+R) audio (5.1. Surround Sound available in limited supply)

Laptop with tech Staff to setup the show

Ticket sales- ex. box office sales, website sales or consigned ticket sales at partners such as tack shops, barns & stables, and local businesses

Marketing team to get the word out about your event

Staff to operate the show tear tickets 

Someone to run the projector/lights/sound

Emcee to host the event

Someone to coordinate your sponsors

WHO HOSTS AN EQUUS WINNIE FEST SCREENING?


We work with barns, stables, horse rescues, theaters, equine themed companies and clubs! These organizations host an afternoon or evening program with 2 hours of specially curated, interesting and thought provoking equine focused short films.

We can even create a collection of films for your therapy focused program. Our herd of amazing EQUUS filmmakers have created a wonderful collection of award winning short films.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO HOST AN EQUUS WINNIE FEST SCREENING?

We only succeed if you succeed so we make putting on an EQUUS WINNIE FEST Screening easy! We want your organization and group to not only raise funds and goodwill but also to raise awareness of your presence  and the work you are doing in your community.

EQUUS provides a complete plan-we help your organization find a venue, pick a date, provide timelines, a graphics pkg and marketing support to help make your event completely successful.

COSTS?

The cost of hosting an EQUUS WINNIE FEST Screening is $295. Price for NonProfits is $250. We do not want the initial cost to be a deterrent, if it is a concern, please connect with us to discuss! Typically, our organizations easily cover the cost of the program with ticket sales and local sponsorships.

The EQUUS Film Fest travels throughout the year to cities around the world with a specially curated 2-hour EQUUS WINNIE FEST Film Screening. Consisting of a program of short equestrian films highlighting the connection between horses and humans. Benefiting local equine welfare organizations in the screening locations.
